Million Dollar Mates is set in a glamorous apartment complex – No 1, Porchester Park in Knightsbridge, London. Jess Hall’s dad is the new general manager, and is moving Jess, her brother and her pet cat Dave into a staff apartment there. At first Jess is dreading the move… and then she hears that Porchester Park is strictly A-list and she’ll be meeting the uber rich and famous. Sounds fab but will life there be all she imagines it to be?

- has started today by reading short story entries for a competition. The theme is the Olympic games and I have to pick one winner.
- has taken the wii zumba dvd out of its packaging. Step 2 will be to put it in the DVD player. It may take a few days to work up to this.
- just done a huge Sainsbury's shop, got catfood, human food, milk and DVD so we're ready for the snow that may come at the weekend.
